Physiotherapy & Clinical Exercise Classes

PC Physio offers a couple of unique exercise sessions throughout the week.

 

The first is a session aimed at applying current evidence based exercise - combining both whole body resistance exercise, and cardiovascular stimulus through both high intensity intermittent and lower intensity aerobic exercises.

Led by Simon, who has worked for many years in the fitness industry prior to Physiotherapy. The classes stemmed from progression of clients from acute injury management into the resumption of exercise. 

Classes are limited to 4-6 per session. Allowing close supervision and communication throughout the class to ensure you get the most of the session. It also enables easy modification of exercises depending on individual needs and possible underlying injuries.

It is important to book in advance of the class time to ensure your spot.
