Physiotherapy & Clinical Exercise Classes

PC Physio offers a variety of small exercises classes throughout the week. These include: women's only, young athletic development, falls prevention and aged care, and sessions targeted at general strength and fitness.

Led by Simon, who worked for many years in the fitness industry prior to Physiotherapy. The classes stemmed from progression of clients from acute injury management into the resumption of exercise. 

Classes are performed with 4-6 people max per session. This allows close supervision and communication throughout the class to ensure you get the most of the session. It also enables easy modification of exercises depending on individual needs and possible underlying injuries.

It is important to book in advance of the class time to ensure your spot.
